Direct Hire (full-time) employees Full-time, long-term employees who are brought in to take over a position. These positions often include opportunities for advancement and/or promotion within the hiring company.
Contract Hire employees Full-time or Part-time, defined-term employees who are brought in to perform a specific task or complete a specific project. W-2 employee through our back-office provider. Your company pays the hourly rate - we take care of all the rest.
Temp-to-Hire employees Full-time or Part-time employee brought in for a specific time period prior to decision to hire in as a Direct Hire employee. Our back-office provider will be the W-2 employer and handle the transition to Direct-Hire employee with your company.
** New Program: R&R (Retire & Rehire) Many companies have had to let people go in early retirement programs due to the changes in our economy. This has left many projects unfinished, other employees not trained to go into new positions of responsibility, and uncertainty for the remaining staff which had depended on the people who retired.
This service allows those who have retired to come back and complete projects, train employees to take their place, or take on temporary tasks that need someone who "knows the place" to complete.
Our back-office will be the W-2 employer, help in determining what kind of hours (or income) the retired worker can take on without losing their pension payouts or social security payouts. Again, your company will track hours and pay hourly rate; our back-office team will take care of the rest!
